Nov 29, 2008 (8 pm) – Stockbridge Theatre, DerryFor Holiday Pops, the New Hampshire Philharmonic presents a program of holiday chestnuts. The program includes such holiday classics as White Christmas, Anderson’s Sleigh Ride and a Christmas carol sing-along. The evening features a solo by the state’s finest high-school instrumentalist (a winner of the Philharmonic’s sixth annual youth concerto competition), and the youthful voices of the Pinkerton Academy Chorale in choruses from Handel’s Messiah. The concert is led by Music Director Anthony Princiotti, and is hosted by Beth Carroll of NHPTV. The concert takes place on Nov 29 at the Stockbridge Theatre, Derry.
